We at the HeiKo 2023

At HeiKo 2023, many things were different than before: a new booth design, the first cross-exhibitor evening event, and a new star! THE trade fair for the industry – the HeiKo – took place for the seventh time in 2023 and we were there again. As early as monday evening, almost the entire DACH region sales force, the product management team and the technical customer consultants populated the Kassel trade fair, before two days of talks, presentations and innovations began on Tuesday and Wednesday. Of the 30 exhibitors, we thrilled the more than 600 visitors with two absolute sensations:

1. We showed our new star, the WaterStar M, to metering service providers on site for the first time.
2. We were also the only exhibitor to highlight meter recycling.

On October 10, right on time at 10:10 a.m., we presented the new WaterStar M at our packed stand. The unique design was particularly well received by the public. Also unique was our direct communication about our meter recycling. Tuesday evening was the first time that the joint evening event took place. Various exhibitors celebrated together with their customers at the Hotel La Strada in Kassel. We were there with no less than 9 tables. But at that time, for once, it was not our WaterStar M that was topical, but a completely different one: Miss. Wommy Wonder and her sidekick Bärbel entertained the crowd.

Our conclusion on HeiKo 2023?

• HeiKo was once again THE big meeting for our industry. We met old and new faces and enjoyed many interesting conversations.
• The industry is and will remain exciting. An upheaval is noticeable that is not only characterized by digitization.
• Our WaterStar M was very well received by the public. Not only its design convinced, but also its functionality.
• We are very much looking forward to the next HeiKo in 2025.
