Engelmann in Egypt: Artlife Newgiza in the 6th of October City

NEWGIZA Development is one of Egypt’s largest real estate companies, which has realized various residential projects in and outside Egypt. One of these projects is Artlife Newgiza, which is located in the 6th of October City (Madinat as-Sadis min Uktubar) near Cairo and close to the famous pyramids of Giza. The project aims to merge the venerable Egyptian history and the surrounding nature with the most modern lifestyle. Residential and commercial areas, hotel complexes, fashion, fitness and leisure facilities are integrated into Artlife Newgiza.

And Engelmann is right in the middle of it. We supplied 230 SensoStar U and 28 SensoStar C for the project. The devices are equipped with wired M-Bus and directly linked to a billing software. We are thus ensuring that the cooling and heating consumption can be precisely recorded in this highly sophisticated luxury project.
